Does Signature Hardware ship internationally?

While we do not offer international shipping, we will ship your order to any continental US freight forwarder of your choice. You can then arrange the final delivery with the forwarder you have chosen. Also, if your order is over $99 we will ship your purchase to the freight forwarder free of charge.

We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

How do I use a freight forwarder?

When using a freight forwarder to ship your purchase internationally, you will need to provide the freight forwarder address as the ship to address for your order. We will ship your order to the freight forwarder who will work directly with you to coordinate delivery to your final destination. Signature Hardware cannot recommend a particular freight forwarder for use and all customs paperwork will be the responsibility of the freight forwarder and customer.

Parcel Shipments

Signature Hardware uses FedEx and will calculate all charges during the checkout process for the exact cost of delivery before actual purchase.

Freight Shipments

For freight items, a $450 freight delivery charge will be added at checkout when shipping to Canada. This fee covers shipment of product from Signature Hardware to the delivery destination.

Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate or resolve import fees for freight shipments. This means that any duty, tax, and brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

Once the freight reaches the Canadian border, the freight carrier will reach out to the customer for broker information. A freight broker will assist in calculating and accounting for all fees associated for freight to cross an international border. Any taxes, duties, and brokerage (including fees and company selection) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Items that are shipped to Canada can be returned. The customer will be responsible for return shipping, but may use the carrier and method most convenient and cost-efficient.
