Signature Hardware understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
Items over $99 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for shipments outside of the contiguous United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, the Florida Keys, islands with or without bridge access, and Canada. For questions involving your specific shipping location, please contact customer service. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers take one business day to activate.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the following options: choose a different product, cancel the backordered item, or have it shipped to you when it’s available. The payment for the full amount of your order will be processed immediately and the rest of your in-stock items will ship at the time of purchase.
Orders under $99 ship for just $7.99, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.
Up to 5 Business Days (does not include processing time). Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via USPS. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at 1-855-715-1800. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Large or heavy items typically ship within two business days. Freight delivery is typically 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional fees. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.)
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Signature Hardware uses UPS to ship parcels to Canada and will calculate all charges during checkout for the exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.
Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, and brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee. A $215 freight delivery charge will be added at checkout for LTL shipments into Canada.
At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
In order to remain tax compliant in your state, Signature Hardware is unable to reconsign shipments after the product is already in transit to the order’s original address.
Do you offer in-home delivery?
All freight deliveries are made curbside. Items cannot be unloaded and placed on driveways, sidewalks, porches, or in the home.
Do you ship internationally?
While we do not offer international shipping, we will ship your order to any continental US freight forwarder of your choice. You can then arrange the final delivery with the forwarder you have chosen. Also, if your order is over $99 we will ship your purchase to the freight forwarder free of charge.
Can I place an order for pickup?
We do not offer pickups at our Erlanger showroom or warehouses. However, our showroom is open and in-person appointments are available. To schedule an appointment, give us a call at 1-855-715-1800.
