There are two ways an order may be shipped out. Smaller items are shipped package while larger items or breakable items may be shipped freight. 

Most shipments leave our facility within 24 business hours of the order being placed. When tracking information for your order becomes available, it is emailed to you at the email address that was provided at the time of purchase.  You can use this link to follow your shipment from the time it is picked up from our facility to the time it arrives to you. 

If your items ship by freight you will be receiving a PRO number. A PRO number is a freight shipment tracking number. You will receive a PRO number email link to track the shipment.

To request a copy of your tracking email, please contact our Customer Service team by email or via Live Chat from the email address used to place your order. To protect our customers, we cannot provide order details to anyone other than the billing or ship-to party.
